It creates an ecosystem for employers to expand their reach into diverse talent pools based on school, location, skills, proficiencies, credentials, or status, such as active duty military or veteran.
For an employer, it provides information and visibility to accurately match available talent to company-wide staffing needs.
iQ4 Enterprise Skills Talent Platform provides a personalized experience where the employer can make informed decisions on what skills and proficiencies are needed to fill job roles and who is best to fill the role, allowing the employer to contact potential employees directly for follow-up.
iQ4 Academy Macro-Credential
The iQ4 Academy Macro-Credential program is a workforce development training platform that offers 8, 10, and 12-week projects in cybersecurity, cloud, and more.
It combines technical training and applied learning with real-world use cases and scenarios with mentors.
Content is developed by the Cybersecurity Workforce Alliance, a 4,100-member organization, consisting of employers, subject matter experts, and university faculty and administration.
The iQ4 Academy Macro-Credential program is delivered multimodal (online, hybrid, in-person) as a pre-apprenticeship or internship with job roles and on-the-job training hours, as specified by the U.S. Department of Labor for pre-apprenticeship programs in cybersecurity.
Our Macro-Credential program includes technical training by professional certification organizations like CompTIA and International Information System Security Certification Consortium, or (ISC)².
iQ4 Wallet
iQ4 Wallet is part of a student’s Learning and Employment Record.
It’s a lifetime career “Digital Wallet” that enables students and workers to promote workplace skills, proficiencies, experience, education, credentials, and their portfolio of work.
Students can use the Wallet to find career pathways to suitable job roles and are matched to employers’ skills-based hiring needs. There is a live job feed that can be accessed with a selection of geographic location preferences to work.
