In September 2019, the American Workforce Policy Advisory Board (AWPAB) Digital Infrastructure Working Group, in partnership with iQ4, published a whitepaper on Learning and Employment Records (LERs). This whitepaper recommends actions for federal and state governments to support LER development and adoption.
