What are job posts?
"Job Posts" represent the actual position (part-time or full-time) your company is looking to hire for. There are four modules including a detailed skills selection, project description, student profile requirements and logistics iQ4 has developed to refine your search.
What happens when I choose to hire a student for an internship or full time position?
So long as your account remains in good standing and is not canceled, you may hire a student and pay a one-time fee of $150 per student intern which includes the iQ4 collaboration platform for all your project and communication needs and all university student tracking notifications required by the University’s Career Development Office. Should you hire a full time student the fee is $500 per student.
How do I engage a student in a Virtual Internship?
Once you have selected the student candidate, simply start a project using the iQ4 platform and invite the selected students and employers who will engage on the project.

Depending on your companies needs we have developed programs which will fit all budgets and company placement demand at a fraction of the cost it costs for you to find the right student today.
Is the unlimited search risk-free?
Yes! Cancel at any time during the month and you will not be charged for the following month. You are free to use us as much as you want during the month you have paid at no additional cost.
When will I be charged?
The billing cycle begins at the time you sign up for your search of students on the platform. If you selected a plan from our pricing menu your card will be charged of a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel or change plans at any time without penalty.
